What is

Endodontic treatment?

The endodontic treatment is a series of procedures designed to remove the inflamed or infected tissue, to disinfect all the endodontic space and to obtain the obturation of root canals, so that its bacteria and microorganisms have no space to develop.

The anatomy of tooth roots and canals can be complicated, difficult to find and treat, that is why the risks for a treatment without a microscope are higher.

The use of dental microscopes in endodontics provide an increased visibility of the tooth, both on the surface and inside.
